Two personal characteristics, perception of creative climate in the work environmetn and previous computer experience, wer treated as extraneous variables. The theoretical framework for the stdy was developed from Rogers Diffusion of Innovation Theory. A non-experimental descriptive design was utilized within a cross-sectional time frame.
