This 81-page booklet contains abstracts of the 63 projects. Each listing includes information on the sponsoring organization, project partners and activities, level of funding, and final products of the project. Projects funded addressed one or more of these priorities :
- Promoting healthy aging and addressing factors leading to illness, disability and death;
- Strengthening the capacity to support healthy aging;
- Enhancing personal autonomy and independence;
- Addressing concerns surrounding the end of life;
- Building a society for all ages.
